摘    要:随着核电、风电等清洁能源的发展,纯电动车辆将成为绿色交通的主要发展方向。本文基于油耗法的方法原理构建雄安新区电动货车减碳测算模型,通过减碳测算模型估算雄安新区电动货车的减碳量,并对其产生的经济效益进行估算和社会效益进行分析。研究结果表明,雄安新区电动货车的年减碳量可观,减排效益明显。积极推进雄安新区物流运输工具能源消费结构的转型升级,不仅符合雄安新区建设的发展要求,而且对于加快区域碳达峰目标的实现具有至关重要的作用。

Abstract:With the development of clean energy such as nuclear power and wind power,pure electric vehicles will become the main development direction of green transportation.Based on the principle of fuel consumption method,this paper builds a carbon reduction calculation model for electric trucks in Xiongan New Area,estimates the carbon reduction amount of electric trucks in Xiongan New Area through the carbon reduction calculation model,and estimates the economic benefits and analyzes the social benefits generated.The research results show that the annual carbon reduction of electric trucks in Xiongan New Area is considerable and the emission reduction benefit is obvious.Actively promoting the transformation and upgrading of the energy consumption structure of logistics and transportation vehicles in the Xiongan New Area not only meets the development requirements of the construction of the Xiongan New Area,but also plays a vital role in accelerating the achievement of the regional carbon peak goal.
