摘    要:纤维在混凝土中的含量和方向对钢纤维混凝土(SFRC)的力学性能有很大的影响,因此研究钢纤维在基体中的分布至关重要。本文对不同纤维含量(30,45和60 kg/m3)的传统钢纤维混凝土(CSFRC)和自密实钢纤维混凝土(SFRSCC)进行抗压、抗折和电感试验,分析钢纤维掺量对混凝土抗压强度、剩余抗折强度及纤维分布的影响规律。结果表明,钢纤维对混凝土抗压强度没有明显提高作用;荷载强度达到峰值之前,混凝土剩余抗折强度与钢纤维掺量成正比,且自密实钢纤维混凝土(SFRSCC)裂后性能更好;纤维含量对其分布没有明显影响。此外,本文通过电感试验验证了纤维含量和电感值的关系,结果表明,钢纤维对混凝土抗压强度没有明显提高作用;荷载强度达到峰值之前,混凝土剩余抗折强度与钢纤维掺量成正比,且SFRSCC裂后性能更好;而纤维掺量对其分布没有明显影响。

Abstract:The content and direction of fibres in concrete have great influence on the mechanical properties of steel fibre reinforced concrete(SFRC),so it is very important to study the distribution of steel fibres in matrix.In this paper,conventional steel fibre concrete(CSFRC)and steel fibre reinforced self-compacting concrete(SFRSCC)with different fibre contents(30 kg/m3,45 kg/m3 and 60 kg/m3)were tested for compressive strength,flexural strength and inductive test,and the influence of steel fibre content on compressive strength,residual flexural strength and fibre distribution of concrete were analyzed.The results show that steel fibres have no effect on the compressive strength of concrete.Before the load strength reaches the peak,the residual flexural strength of SFRC is proportional to the content of steel fibre,and the post-cracking performance of SFRSCC is better than CSFRC.The fibre content has no significant influence on its distribution.In addition,the relationship between the fibre content and the inductance is verified by the inductive test,The results show that steel fiber can not improve the compressive strength of concrete significantly;the residual flexural strength of concrete is proportional to the amount of steel fiber before the load strength reaches its peak,and the SFRSCC has better performance after cracking.Simultaneously,steel fiber content has no effect on its distribution obviously.
