公路沥青复合料冷再生路面的结构设计分析研究

摘    要:公路路面冷再生翻新技术充分利用旧路破拆材料,处理和避免了旧路破拆垃圾,也一定程度节省了新料的投入,符合节能环保公路建设理念。但旧料冷再生利用,必须以新路面基本技术性能得到充分保证为前提。本文基于JTGD50-2017规范,参考国内公路沥青路面的毁损病害多发状态与冷再生复合料的基本性能功效,对公路沥青复合料冷再生新路面开展结构设计分析研究,探讨了三种路面厚度设计方案,提出了一个新的沥青复合料冷再生新路面的结构设计方法。

Abstract:The cold recycling and renovation technology of highway pavement makes full use of old road demolition materials,treats and avoids old road demolition garbage,and also saves the investment of new materials to a certain extent.It conforms to the concept of energy-saving and environmentally friendly road construction.However,the cold recycling of old materials must be based on the premise that the basic technical performance of the new pavement is fully guaranteed.Based on the JTGD50-2017 specification,referring to the frequent damage and disease status of domestic highway asphalt pavements and the basic performance and efficacy of cold recycled composite materials,this paper conducts structural design analysis and research on the new cold recycled highway asphalt composite pavement,and explores three pavement thickness design options,Put forward a new structure design method of asphalt composite cold recycling new pavement.
