摘    要:通过分析沥青用量、空隙率、最大公称粒径与沥青混合料导热系数的相关性,发现在不考虑集料类型情况下,决定导热系数变化的关键因素;以空隙率为协变量,进行协方差分析,得出各集料间沥青混合料导热系数的显著差异,据此将沥青混合料归类;拟合各类沥青混合料空隙率与导热系数关系式,用t检验计算不能回归拟合的沥青混合料在不同空隙率间的导热系数差异。研究结果表明,不考虑集料类型的差异时,空隙率与导热系数线性关系最好;协方差分析结果显示,可将沥青混合料分为1号(石灰岩)、2号(片麻岩、闪长岩)和3号(玄武岩、美国碎石)沥青混合料3类;通过回归,1号、2号沥青混合料空隙率与导热系数分别呈乘幂相关和线性相关,3号沥青混合料空隙率范围0%~5%与5%~10%间导热系数存在显著差异。

Abstract:Based on the analysis of the correlation between the asphalt content,void ratio,maximum nominal particle size and the thermal conductivity of the mixtures,the key factors that determine the change of thermal conductivity without considering the type of aggregate are discovered.Based on the covariance analysis of void fraction,the significant difference of thermal conductivity between different aggregates is obtained,and then the mixture is classified.The relationship between voidage and thermal conductivity of all kinds of mixturesis fitted,and t test is used to calculate the differences of thermal conductivity between different voidage of mixtures which can not be regressed.The results show that the linear relationship between void fraction and thermal conductivity is the best when the difference of aggregate type is not considered.The results of covariance analysis show that the mixture can be divided into three types:No.1(limestone),No.2(gneiss,diorite)mixture and No.3(basalt,American gravel)mixture.Through regression,the void fraction and thermal conductivity of No.1 and No.2 mixtures show power correlation and linear correlation respectively.There is a significant difference in thermal conductivity between 0~5%and 5%~10%void fraction of No.3 mixture.
