高黏沥青改性剂的性能评价与工程应用

摘    要:针对国内高黏沥青改性剂质量参差不齐、进口产品价格高昂等问题,以自主研发的高黏沥青改性剂PEA为研究对象,以日本进口改性剂T和某国产品牌改性剂H作为平行对照,分别就高黏沥青和高黏沥青混合料各项性能对比分析,并铺筑排水路面进行试验。结果表明,自主研发的高黏沥青改性剂PEA制备的沥青混合料路用性能和施工性能优越,各项路面检测指标符合技术要求。

Abstract:Aiming at the problems of uneven quality of domestic high-viscous asphalt modifier and high price of imported products,PEA,a self-developed high-viscous asphalt modifier,was taken as the research object,and an imported modifier T from Japan and a domestic brand modifier H were selected as comparison target.The performances of high-viscous asphalt and high-viscous asphalt mixture were compared and analyzed,and the drainage pavement test road was paved.The results show that the pavement performance and construction performance of the mixture prepared by the self-developed high-viscous asphalt modifier PEA are superior,and the pavement detection indicators meet the technical requirements.
