摘    要:以某双层6线大跨度铁路钢桁梁斜拉桥为例,针对大桥设计荷载重,结构设计新颖、施工环境复杂的特点,对施工方案进行研究.提出了深水无覆盖层倾斜岩面基础施工技术、拼装式多用途桁片技术、跨多股道既有铁路干线顶推施工技术、双层铁路钢桁梁双悬臂架设施工技术4项技术要点,确保了大桥的安全快速优质建成.

Abstract:Taking a double-layer six-track long-span railway steel truss girder cable-stayed bridge as an example,the construction scheme is studied according to the characteristics of heavy design load,novel structure design and complex construction environment of the bridge.Four key technologies are put forward,which are construction technology of deep water foundationwith no overburden and inclined rock surface,assembled multi-purpose truss piece technology,launching construction technology of existing railway trunk line across multiple tracks,and construction technology of double cantilever erection of double deck railway steel truss beam,to ensure the safety,high quality and quick completion of the bridge.
