| 摘 要： | 作者研究了绞股蓝总皂甙(GP)对人体肝癌SMMC—7721细胞的作用。结果证明,GP具有抑制肝癌细胞的生长及DNA、RNA和蛋白质合成,并观察到加GP组癌细胞中DNA、RNA含量明显减少。

| Abstract: | The effects of Gypenosides (GP) on the hu-man hepatoma cell SMMC-7721 were studied inthis paper. The results showed that the growthand incorporation rates of 3~H-TdR. 3~H-UR. ~3H-leu in the GP-supplemented cells were de-creased, the contens of the cell DNA and RNA al-so lowered significantly. |
