| 摘 要： | 本文运用FEMFAT软件,对白车身疲劳寿命进行了分析,阐述了从实际路面载荷谱的采集、信号处理、单位应力求解得到最终的疲劳寿命分析,并对比样车疲劳耐久路试结果,仿真分析与试验吻合度高,从而验证了仿真分析的可行性,并形成一套可行性技术流程,为后续整车疲劳寿命分析提供了技术积累。

| Abstract: | Base on FEMFAT,the paper analyzes the fatigue life of BIW and expatiates on measuring of road load data,data processing,calculation of interface forces and unit stress,and fatigue life analysis.Then critical locations have been optimized.The results of fatigue life virtual anslysis contrast to durability test are same.thereby they validate that fatigue life analysis of BIW.So the pater built a active flow and supply technology to the fatigue life analysis of die whole vehicle. |
