淫羊藿总黄酮对荷瘤小鼠细胞免疫及红细胞免疫功能的影响

摘    要:为研究淫羊藿总黄酮对荷瘤小鼠细胞免疫及红细胞免疫功能的影响,检测了腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬功能、淋巴细胞转化率、红细胞C3b受体花环率和免疫复合物花环率。结果表明,EFT能显著增加荷瘤小鼠巨噬细胞吞噬功能、淋巴细胞转化率和脾体比值,能显著增加红细胞C3b受体花环率并降低红细胞免疫复合物花环率。提示EFT能增加荷瘤小鼠的细胞免疫功能和红细胞免疫功能,在一定程度上可以抑制肿瘤细胞的生长

Abstract:We studied effect of Epimedium Flavone Total(EFT) on the immunofunction of mice was burdened with Ehrlich Ascites Cancer (EAC) ,and tested the lymphocyte transformation rate, erythrocyto C 3b receptor rossette rate,erythrocyto immunocomplexs rossette rate,phagocytosis of macrophagocyte in peritoneal cavity. The results showed that EFT could increase phagocytosis activity of macrophagocyte (P<0 05),promote lymphocyte transformation rate (P<0.05) and increase the sero antibody level meanly (P<0.05),while low dosage group could increase Plaque Forming Cell( PFC) significantly (P<0.05),raise the ratio value of spleen to body(P<0.05) of EAC bearing mice.So we say that EFT might be enhance burdened mice′s immunofunction. Lowdosage could improve sero antibody level.Effect on regulating cellular immunofunction are related to dosage.EFT may be inhibit the growth of EAC cells to some degree.
