| Abstract: | This paper discusses the innovation of the seafarer sector in China and the concomitant problems,which have accompanied with the innovation.It puts forward some suggestions on measures to be taken to ensure the healthy development of the seafarer sector in China,including improving the government service function,establishing seafarer's credit system,perfecting maritime industry rules,enhancing education on seafarer's English capability and dedication awareness and so on. |
