| Abstract: | The author of this paper introduces the key points relating to inspection of motor vessel's anti-pollution equipment and analyzes the cases for possible engine room illegal discharge of oily water.The paper also puts forward some suggestions on the methods for inspecting the bilge piping system and for marine environment protection. |
