基于PIC单片机的液压系统参数检测系统设计

摘    要:以液压系统参数检测的使用要求与功能设计为基础,采用PIC18F458单片机作为控制器,对液压系统相关参数的检测系统进行了软硬件设计,并用VB6.0为开发平台编制了基于Windows测控软件,可以实现液压系统动态特性的测试。该系统可以在线检测油温、压力、流量等相关参数,并能够实现保存、查找、打印功能。实验表明该系统性能稳定、操作方便、可靠性高,能够满足液压元件测试要求,对于液压系统设计和研究具有重要意义。

Abstract:In the system,the hardware and software of the hydraulic parameter tests are designed according to the requirements and functional designs of hydraulic parameter tests.PIC18F458 is used as the controller and the software is programmed through VB6.0,which can achieve dynamic characteristics of the hydraulic system tests.The oil temperature,pressure,flow and other relevant parameters can be detected,saved and printed on line.The experiment shows that the system is characterized by steady performance,convenient operation and high reliability,which can meet the requirements of the hydraulic system and plays an important role in the design and research of hydraulic system.
