摘    要:构建特定故障树对某重型载货汽车柴油机动力不足故障原因进行诊断,通过故障树定性分析,给出发动机动力不足故障的各种可能原因及其组合方式,其中包括人—机—环境等多方面的因素。定性分析所得最小割集,以及各直接原因对顶事件发生影响的重要程度,可以指导维修人员准确快捷地查找顶事件的故障原因并及时排除故障。在给定底事件发生概率的前提下,利用所编程序还可对顶事件的发生概率以及底事件重要度进行定量计算。研究结果有助于进一步提高汽车维修的科技含量和维修质量,同时帮助设计和制造单位采取改进措施,提高发动机的使用可靠性。

Abstract:To diagnose the fault causes of power deficiency of heavy duty truck diesel engine,the specific fault tree is established and the comprehensive analysis of the tree is carried out.With the qualitative analysis of fault tree,a variety of possible causes and their combinations of engine power deficiency are given,where a number of factors including the man-machine-environment are involved.The minimal cut sets obtained by qualitative analysis,as well as the important degree of each direct cause to the top event,can guide the maintenance staff to quickly and accurately find the cause created the top event and eliminate the fault timely,thus greatly reducing the fault diagnosis and troubleshooting time.Using the computer programs and the occurrence probability of given bottom events,quantitative calculation of the top event probability and the important degree of each bottom events are carried out.The results will help to further improve the scientific and technological content of the vehicle maintenance and repair quality,and help to design and manufacture units to take corrective measures to improve the use reliability of the engine.
