摘    要:研究目的:一个企业的资源和能力总是有限的,为了适应市场的快速变化、抓住市场机遇,企业需要借助外部资源来提高自身的市场适应能力和竞争能力,本文拟探讨通过组建动态联盟来实现这一目标。研究方法:本文采用归纳的方法,分析了工程企业组建动态联盟的意义,指出了动态联盟合作伙伴需要具备的条件和合作伙伴选择的依据。研究结果:动态联盟合作伙伴必须具备4个基本条件:诚信度较高、有自己的核心竞争能力、经营状况良好、企业文化不冲突;工程企业在组建动态联盟时选择合作伙伴的6个依据:有利于扩大企业的市场份额;有利于企业进入新的业务地区或新的行业,能提高业务开发的成功率;能提高企业的履约能力;有利于企业开创新的业务开发模式;能提高企业的项目赢利能力。研究结论:动态联盟成功运作的关键在于合作伙伴的选择。

Abstract:Research purposes: The resources and capability of one corporation are always limited.In order to adapt the quickly changing market and catch the chances,the corporation needs to utilize outside resources to improve its marketing and competition capabilities.This paper discusses how to realize the object through setting up dynamic alliance.Research methods: This paper analyses the significance of setting up dynamic alliance by employing induction.It analyses the significance of setting up dynamic alliance and points out the postulates that the partner should meet and the norms of selecting partners.Research results: The partner must meet the four postulates: high credit,own core competition capability,management in order,and not conflicting corporation culture.The following six norms should be obey when selecting partners: It is favorable for the corporation to enlarge its market share;It is favorable for entering new market;It can heighten the rate of obtaining projects;It can improve the corporation's fulfilling capability;It is favorable for initiating new marketing patterns;It can improve the project's profit.Research conclusions: The key of successful dynamic alliance is selecting partners rightly.
