蓄电池失效概率分析

摘    要:蓄电池是渐变失效产品,其最主要的失效模式是电池放不出电或放电容量低于规定值.由于蓄电池组充足电或深放电后,其中各单块电池电解液密度值的分布是服从正态分布的,所以二者之间的差值也应当是正态分布函数.据此可以算出蓄电池组的失效概率,并得到其分布函数F(t)是服从两参数指数分布的.

Abstract:The storage battery deteriorates gradually, whose invalidation comes into two main ways, no discharge or lower discharge capacity than the specified value. After the storage battery group is fully charged or deeply discharges, the distribution of the electrolyte density value of individual cell is normal; therefore, the D-value of the two should be of a normal function. Based on this, the invalidation probability of the storage battery group can be calculated and its distribution function F(t) is in accordance with the distribution of the two parameter indexes.
