| 摘 要： | 螺柱焊作为国内新兴技术,近几年发展非常迅速。在建筑、路桥、汽车、电站等行业得到了普遍的应用。在重卡驾驶室焊接领域也已经成为主要的工艺技术之一。本文结合重卡驾驶室焊接自身特点及实际生产过程,重点阐述了螺柱焊类型的选择,工艺参数的调节,影响螺柱焊焊接质量的因素及防控措施等内容。
