| 摘 要： | 随着科技的进步,互联网时代的到来为军工科研院所的标准化建设带来了新的发展机遇和挑战。针对当前军工科研院所标准化工作的现状及存在的四个“水平低”进行分析,并基于互联网+信息化手段,给出了科研院所标准化建设的四个“加强”策略,以提高军工科研院所标准化的网络化建设水平。

| Abstract: | With the advancement of science and technology,the advent of the Internet era bring the new development opportunities and challenges to the standardization of military research institutes.The current situation of the standardization work of military research institutes and the existence of four"low levels"are analyzed.Based on the Internet+information technology,four"strengthening"strategies for the standardization of scientific research institutes are given to improve the standardization of the network construction level of military research institutes. |
