| 摘 要： | 控制拆船污染和拆船过程中的安全问题,对拆船行业的可持续发展起着至关重要的作用。从海事监督管理者的角度出发,提出对废钢船拆解的全过程进行监控的管理要求,目的是要加强废钢船拆解管理,减少因此而来的负面效应。
