| 摘 要： | 5月19日下午,上海市虹口区政府、上海海事局、上海航运交易所共同举行了“加快建设上海国际航运中心现代航运服务体系合作框架协议”签字仪式,三方提出将以北外滩航运服务集聚区为依托,坚持优势互补,加强战略合作,携手推进现代航运服务体系建设。
