摘    要:以第三方物流企业的角度研究了在不确定环境下物流网络的建模和求解算法。首先,考虑运输成本及客户各市场需求量的模糊性,建立了多产品、多阶段的物流网络模糊机会约束规划模型;其次,先通过将模糊规划模型转化为确定性模型,然后设计出混合遗传算法求解对应的确定性模型。最后给出了算例,不同置信水平下用遗传算法求得的结果与分枝界定法求得的结果非常接近,误差率在10%以内,表明模型和算法具有较高的有效性。

Abstract:To study the model and solution for third party logistics supplier(3PLS) to design a logistics network under the uncertain environment a fuzzy chance constrained programming model is presented to describe the multi-product and multi-customer logistics network for 3PLS,in which both customers' market demands for products and transport rates are treated as fuzzy parameters.Then a solution is proposed to solve the fuzzy chance constrained programming model:firstly,to convert chance constraints to respective crisp equivalents;secondly,to solve the crisp model by using genetic algorithm.Lastly an example is discussed.The results of the genetic algorithm compared with the branch and bound algorithm is of little difference under the various confidence degree level,with error level under 10%.It is suggested that the fuzzy model and solution is valid.
