脂质过氧化对培养人胚肝细胞的损伤作用

摘    要:
利用四氯化碳造成原代培养人胚肝细胞脂质过氧化损伤模型,发现随培养液中丙二醛含量增加,肝细胞在活率下降,谷丙转氨酶释放增多。同时受损肝细胞白蛋白分泌及胞质膜流动性下降。提示脂质过氧化可引起人胚肝细胞多方面损害。

Abstract:
Lipid peroxidation was initiated in cultured human fetal hepatocytes by exposing the cells to carbon tetrachloride (CCl4). The concentration of malondialdehyde(MDA)in medium and the level of ALT release by hepatovytes increased and the cells viability decreased with the increase of CCl4 concentration and exposure time. CCl4 could also decrease the synthesis of albumin and the plasma membrane fluidity. These findings indicate that lipid peroxidation plays a very important role in liver damage.
