| 摘 要： | 通过公安部“金盾工程”一期建设，公安交通管理信息系统建立起了相当规模的应用体系，取得了显著成效。随着应用的深入，信息系统对业务的支撑越来越关键，系统可用性和安全性直接关系到业务的正常延续。作为保障的系统运行维护凸显其重要性。介绍了交通管理信息系统建设应用现状以及信息系统运行维护工作中存在的主要问题，提出了构建交通管理信息系统运维平台的技术思路，希望能对各地加强和改进信息系统运行管理起参考和借鉴作用。
