Application of Technique of Ship Model Navigation Test in Study on Water Transport Engineering |

| Abstract: | The basic similarity conditions in ship model navigation test and the related technique are described.It points out that this comprehensive technique is suitable for studying the problems of the navigable hydraulic conditions,the optimum construction layout,and also the interaction of the ship property,channel scale and flow conditions,as well as the measure for improving the navigation capacity.The application of the technique for studying the problems in water transport engineering is presented. |
