摘    要:通过实际观察双卧轴混凝土搅拌机机架沿轴向的晃动现象,结合双卧轴混凝土搅拌机实际工作特点,对发生这一现象的原因进行分析,并对机架结构进行简单改进,利用ProE三维建模软件及Ansys有限元分析软件对改进前后机架的轴向晃动过程进行三维实体建模及仿真,结果表明,搅拌机轴向的最晃动量、总晃动量、最大应力均有较大幅度的减小,该研究对实际工程应用具有一定的参考价值。

Abstract:Based on the observation of the common phenomenon of obvious axial frame shaking of the double-horizontal shafts mixer and combined with the actual working characteristics of double shaft concrete mixer,the article gives a preliminary analysis of the reasons for this phenomenon.After some improvements on the frame structure,the article builds the three-dimensional entity modeling and simulation for the axial rack shaking process by the three-dimensional modeling software ProE and the finite element analysis software Ansys.In this way,it contrasts the stability degree of the rack before and after the improvement,which has a certain reference value for practical engineering applications.
