固体氧化物燃料电池发电性能数值模拟分析

摘    要:利用ASPENPLUS化工模拟软件,采用模块化建模的思想建立了固体氧化物燃料电池常压运行流程模型。模型中主要包括混合器、分离器、回热器、电池堆和辅助燃烧室等重要模块。利用该模型,在稳态下进行了参数分析。其中重要参数包括:电流密度、运行压力、运行温度、燃料利用率、氧气利用率和碳水摩尔比。讨论分析了各个参数对电池整体性能的影响。

Abstract:In this paper, the internal reforming solid oxide fuel cell system is simulated by Aspen PlusTM. The system consists of mixer, separator, regenerator, solid oxide fuel cell( anode and cathode) and afterburner. A para- metric analysisvias also performed to evaluate the effect of various parameters, such as the current density, the operating temperature, the operating pressure, the utilization factor, the air utilization factor and the S/C ratio on system performance.
