城铁预制浮置板精调测量技术对比研究

摘    要:预制浮置板采用“工厂化预制、现场机械化装配”的施工工艺,测量系统是保证预制板安装精度的关键所在.采用传统基标测量系统对精调预制板已经不满足城铁浮置板地段轨道高平顺性、道床振性的要求.引入高铁CPIII控制测量技术,建立轨道精确测量控制网,可使精度和工效都大为提高.研究结果表明:其精度可以从±3 mm提高到±2 mm,工效从18 m/ (天·作业面)提高到50 m/(天·作业面).

Comparative Study on Fine Adjustment Surveying Technology for Urban Rail Prefabricated Floating Slab

Abstract:Prefabricated floating slab is prefabricated by industrialized production and assembled mechanically on site,and the surveying system is the key point to ensure the installation accuracy of the slab.The traditional benchmark surveying system against fine adjustment of prefabricated slab can not meet the requirements of high track regularity and track bed vibration in the floating slab section of urban rail.Hence high-speed railway CPⅢ control and surveying technology was introduced to establish an accurate surveying control network for rail,which increased the accuracy and work efficiency greatly.The study result shows that the accuracy increases from ± 3 mm to ± 2 mm,and the work efficiency from 18 m per day per work surface to 50 m per day per work surface.
