| 摘 要： | 为了保障电机综合实验装置的正常运行,实时动态显示电机运行过程,监测电机试验装置中每台电机的各项运行参数,及时记录、查询以及自动快速报警,研究和开发了本监控系统.介绍了WINAC、PROFIBUS-DP在电机综合试验装置上的应用,着重论述了以西门子软PLC(WINAC)为主站,S7-200系列PLC为从站的电机综合试验装置监控系统的配置.该系统集中了PLC和PC的优点,具有可靠性高、易维护、可扩展等特点.

| Abstract: | In order to protect motor experimental device for the normal operation, real-time dynamic display of motor running, monitoring each operating parameters of every motor; records timely, query, rapid automatic alarm, we research and develop this monitoring system. This article introduces application of WINAC and PROFIBUS-DP in motor integrated experimental device with emphasis on configuration of control system in which PLC is main station and S7-200 series PLC is subordinate station. The advantage of PLC and PC is combined together in this system. The system has many characters, such as high reliability, easy maintenance and extendibility. |
