工业CT在引信检测中的射线硬化校正研究

摘    要:在工业CT(Computed Tomography)技术中,X射线能谱的多色性将导致重建图像出现“杯状”伪迹,降低成像图像的质量,为降低这种影响,推导出了一种基于FBP算法的射束硬化优化方法(FBPbasedoptimization,IFR),并利用自行研制的某型弹药无损检测设备对模型进行验证。实验结果表明该方法能够较好地消除射线硬化的影响,有效提高重建图像的质量。

Abstract:The polychromatic spectrum leads to cup or streak beam hardening artifacts and reduces the image quality in X CT(X-ray computed tomography). A new correction method for this problem FBP-based optimization(IFR) is studied in this paper. At last, we verify it through experimental system which we developed just for fuze detection and the result indicates that the method can improve the image quality effectively.
