摘    要:以某6000DWT散货船推进轴系为对象,用数值模拟分析其轴系在不同轴承组合的情况下的受力状态.通过分析首轴承及中间轴承的相对位置关系,评价其对船舶轴系合理校中的影响.轴系合理校中数值模拟分析表明,首轴承及中间轴承的相对位置关系影响轴系受力状态,对于短轴系船舶,首轴承对轴系的支撑作用明显,在这种情况下可以取消中间轴承.

Abstract:The issue chose a 6000DWT bulk carrier as the the object to simulate and analyze the stress states of the shaft in different bearing combinations situations. Through analysis the relative position of the fore-bearing and intermediare bearing, it evaluated the effects on the shafting alignment from the two bearings. The numerical simulation results shows that the relative position effects the stress-state of the shafting and the effect of the fore-bearing's supporting role was obviously to thoes ships with short shafts. In this situation the ships with short shafts can cancel the intermediare bearing.
