摘    要:利用信号与噪声状态模型的Kalman滤波,对频率进行无偏估计,适合对机车运行速度的精确测量.利用变时间窗采集脉冲信号的方法克服了常规算法中刷新时间和测量精度不稳定的缺点,同时也保证了对不同频率的测量精度.通过基于FPGA平台的算法设计与仿真,表明了上述方法对机车转速测量的实时有效性和准确性.

Abstract:With signal and noise state model of Kalman filter,the frequency was unbiasedly estimated,which was suitable for accurate measurement of locomotive speed.Time-varying window was used to capture pulse signals to overcome shortcomings of conventional algorithm such as instable refresh time and measurement accuracy,as well as to ensure the accurate measurement of different frequencies.FPGA-based algorithm design and simulation has demonstrated that with Kalman filter and time-varying window,it was effective an...
