| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨早幼粒细胞性白血病基因 (PML)与膀胱癌发生、发展的关系。方法 应用免疫组织化学方法检测 74例膀胱移行细胞癌组织中PML的表达。结果 在膀胱移行细胞癌中PML的表达随病理分级的上升而降低(P <0 0 5 ) ,随肿瘤侵入肌层而降低 (P <0 0 5 )。结论 PML表达与膀胱移行细胞癌的分级及肿瘤侵入肌层相关。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To clarify the relationship between PML and carcinogenecity of bladder cancer. Methods PML expression was studied by means of immunohistochemical method on the surgical specimens in 74 cases of bladder transitional cell carcinoma.Results PML expression decreased with the ascending of pathological tumor grade (P<0.05), and decreased when the cancer became invasive (P<0.05).Conclusion The expression of PML was correlated to the pathological grade of bladder cancer and to the invasive cancer. PML may play a role in the development of bladder transitional cell carcinoma. |
