| 摘 要： | 通过对货车RD2型轮对压装过程进行接触问题有限元分析，对轮对压装过程进行了模拟仿真，仿真了过盈量，摩擦系数，压入速度和公差对压装压力曲线，最终压装压力以及轮毂孔，轮座之间的结合应力的影响。

| Abstract: | The fitting process of RD2 type cargo wheelset is simulated by using contact problem analyzing method with a FEM software. The amount of interference, firction coefficient, fitting velocity and fitting tolerance is modeled against the curves of fitting force, maximum fitting force and the stress between wheel boss and wheel seat. |
