| 摘 要： | 铁路货物运输是一个复杂的系统，需要从各个环节入手进行根本上的改进，只有把握好货运组织全过程中的每一个环节，才能真正实现铁路货物运输的效益最大化，最大限度地满足货主对运输过程中质和量的要求，树立铁路企业高效快捷的新形象，从而提高市场份额，增强竞争力。

Only when doing well in the whole process, can we get the most benefit of railway freight and satisfy the consignors with high quality and quantity, also in this way can the relative enterprises set up good reputation of high efficiency and improve their market share and competition. |
