高职汽车类专业企业化实训模式构建

高职院校汽车类专业实施企业化实训教学,有助于深化“产教融合、校企合作”,提升学校办学质量和水平,增强企业竞争力。文章简要分析我国高职院校汽车类专业开展企业化实训存在的问题,重点从实训室建设与管理、“企业式”教学实施、教师队伍培养和学生职业素养教育四个方面,提出“四位一体”企业化实训构建模式,并阐述具体构建方法。

Construction of Entrepreneurial Training Mode of Automobile Majors in Higher Vocational Colleges

The application of entrepreneurial training teaching for automobile majors in higher vocational colleges contribute to deepening“industry-education integration,school-enterprise cooperation”,improving the quality and level of schools’education and enhancing the competitiveness of enterprises.This paper briefly analyse the problems existing in the implemention of entrepreneurial training teaching in higher vocational colleges of our country.Established emphatically in four aspects,namely training room construction and management,"enterprise-type"teaching implement,teachers training and students’professional quality education,this paper propose the“Four-in-one”construction mode of entrepreneurial training,and present its method specifically.
