高速铁路建设项目协调管理研究

我国已步入高速铁路建设的高速发展阶段,在其建设过程中需要协调好各方面关系,以确保项目建设的顺利进行。针对高速铁路建设项目管理现状,分别从项目内部及外部两个方面对项目协调管理内容进行分析,并在此基础上提出加强组织文化建设、建立科学管理模式以及加强信息管理等方面的协调管理措施。

Research on High-Speed Railway Construction Project Coordination and Management

China has entered a stage of rapid development of high-speed railway construction,in which the need to coordinate the process of building agood relationship between the parties to ensure the smooth construction of the project.For the high-speed railway construction project management status were two aspects of project coordination and management of the project contents were analyzed from both internal and external,and on this basis proposes to strengthen the cultural construction of organizations to establish and strengthen scientific management aspects of information management coordinated management measures.
