The paper introduces a location model of gravity method often used and try to solve the problem of parking location in single area with the improved continuous model, First, it analyzes the model and studies its feasibility and advantages, then on the basis of considering the distance and the cost of the single parking area planning, it applies the improved model to the planning with the verification of given example. At last, it figures out the deficiency of the model and discusses the improved method applied to parking location in several areas.
