摘    要:通过不同掺比、不同级配组合建筑垃圾掺入到膨胀土后进行室内试验,分析试样的无侧限抗压强度、CBR力学特性和膨胀特性规律。结合建筑垃圾改良膨胀土作用机理,对工程特性进行分析。研究结果表明:一定比例掺量的建筑垃圾可以显著改善膨胀土的物理力学、膨胀性能;建筑垃圾改良膨胀土的力学特性、胀缩性取决于建筑垃圾的掺比和土的初始含水量大小,此外级配对其也有一定影响。当建筑垃圾掺比为40.0 %左右,混合土含水率为12.4 %左右、采用19.5~31.5 mm粒级再生料时,建筑垃圾改良膨胀土具有更好的工程特性,满足路基填料的要求。

Experimental study on characteristics of modified expansive soil in construction waste
Abstract:The laboratory test was carried out by mixing the mixed waste with different dosages and different grades into the expansive soil. The compressive strength, CBR mechanical properties and expansion characteristics of the samples were analyzed. Combined with the mechanism of construction waste to improve expansive soil, the engineering characteristics were analyzed. The results show that: a certain proportion of construction waste can significantly improve the physical mechanics and expansion performance of expansive soil; the mechanical properties and expansion and contraction of modified expansive soil of construction waste depend on the amount of construction waste and the moisture content of soil. Grading has a certain impact on it. When the construction waste is about 40 %, the mixed soil moisture content is about 12.4 %, and the 19.5~31.5 mm granular grade recycled material is used, the construction waste modified expansive soil has better engineering characteristics and meets the requirements of roadbed filling.
