隧道二衬空洞复配水泥灌浆材料性能研究

摘    要:为解决水泥基灌浆料早期强度不足,工作性能较差的技术难点,探究了复配水泥灌浆料的性能。结果表明:灌浆材料流动性与复配P·O42.5R水泥或复配P·O42.5水泥的掺量成反比,在相同掺量下,P·O42.5R水泥有更大的早期强度。通过在2种水泥中掺入不同替代率的硫铝酸盐水泥,发现:硫铝酸盐水泥不利于浆体流动,但有利于提高浆体容重和膨胀率,并且能明显地提高浆体早期强度,在复配水泥灌浆料中,应优先选用P·O42.5R水泥,硫铝酸盐水泥的适宜掺量宜为9 %。

Study on Performance of Compound Cement Grouting Material for Hole behind Secondary Lining of Tunnel
Abstract:For cement-based grouting material, there exist technical problem of insufficient early strength and poor working performance, thus the performance of compound cement grouting material was discussed herein for the solution. The result shows that, for 2 varieties of cement is mixed with sulphoaluminate cement, the fluidity of grouting material is worse than those P·042.5R cement or P·042.5 cement free of sulphoaluminate cement and, in case of the same percentage of sulphoaluminate cement, it generates greater early strength to P·042.5R cement mixture. Depending on different percentage of sulphoaluminate cement into the two varieties of cement, it was found that, sulphoaluminate cement is adverse to the fluidity of slurry, but favour of enhancing the bulk density and expansion rate thereof, moreover increasing the early strength thereof obviously; for compound cement grouting material, P·042.5R cement is preferred with the appropriate percentage of sulphoaluminate cement more than 9%.
