摘    要:合理评估基坑开挖对邻近结构安全性尤为重要。以某基坑开挖为例,运用有限元分析软件GTS-NX模拟基坑开挖施工中地连墙、邻近建筑物及地铁结构的变形情况,研究相应的变形规律,评判结构变形是否满足规范的要求。结果表明:地连墙、桩基往基坑内倾斜,建筑物沉降,桩基侧移及隧道衬砌沉降均满足规范要求。

Analysis on the Influence of Foundation Pit Excavation on Adjacent Buildings and Existing Metro
Abstract:It is very important to evaluate the safety of adjacent structures. Taking the excavation of a foundation pit as an example, simulates the deformation of diaphragm wall, adjacent buildings and subway structures in the excavation of foundation pit by using finite element analysis software GTS-NX, studies the corresponding deformation law, and judges whether the structural deformation meets the requirements of the code. The result shows that the diaphragm wall and pile foundation incline to the foundation pit; the settlement of buildings, the lateral sway of the pile foundation and the settlement of the tunnel lining meet the requirements of the code.
