燃料电池轿车电机总成的振动阶次特征分析

摘    要:首先通过燃料电池轿车整车的道路加速试验测得永磁同步电机总成与车身底板的振动信号,用短时傅立叶分析法揭示与分析了振动信号的阶次特性;然后从理论上研究了电流传感器测量误差和非正弦磁场分布对永磁同步电机转矩波动的影响.理论研究和仿真分析都表明,永磁同步电机的转矩波动是燃料电池车电机总成与车身阶次振动的振源;电流传感器的直流偏移误差和增益误差分别引起了1阶和2阶转矩波动与振动,磁场的非正弦分布则导致6阶转矩波动与振动.
