海上挤密砂桩工法及其在港珠澳大桥岛隧工程的应用

摘    要:针对海上挤密砂桩这一新型软基加固工法,依托港珠澳大桥岛隧工程对其原理和特点进行介绍。总结现场挤密砂桩载荷板试验的相关成果,介绍了海上挤密砂桩应用在不同构筑物时的设计原理、计算方法以及布置方案。分析目前国内海上挤密砂桩的施工能力,归纳总结了海上挤密砂桩的施工效率和相应的质量控制管理措施。为此工法的推广及应用提供依据。

Abstract:Based on Sand Compaction Piles (SCP) as a new method for offshore ground improvement, the paper introduces the its principles and characteristics according to Island & Tunnel Works of Hongkong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge. Meanwhile, this paper summarizes relevant achievements of site load-board test for SCP, introduces design option, calculation methods and layout plan for different replacement ratio of SCP, analyzes the construction ability of offshore SCP at present in China, summarizes and concludes the construction efficiency and quality controlling measurements of offshore SCP. It provides the foundation for the marketing and application of this construction method.
