下沉式港口储煤的防风抑尘网遮蔽效果研究

摘    要:用Fluent数值模拟软件,对下沉式无堆垛时防风网后的不同高度和不同水平距离处风速进行分析,通过对比无下沉式不同高度和距离风速的变化,论证新型港口储煤方式的可行性,并研究下沉式港口储煤的深度和坡度。研究结果表明,在相同防风网作用下,下沉式网后风场具有与传统网后风场相似的风速,并且具有比传统港口储煤方式储量更大、更节约场地的特点。因此,新型港口储煤方式是可行的。

Abstract:With Fluent numerical simulation software,we analyze the wind speed at different heights and different horizontal distances from the underground coal storage with non-stack,compare the change of wind speeds at different heights and distances,demonstrate the feasibility of the new mode for the coal storage,and study the depth and slope of the underground coal storage of port.The results show that under the same wind-proof net,the wind speed in the field of the underground coal storage of port is similar to that of the traditional field and it is more economical due to its larger storage capacity while occupying less area.So,the new coal storage mode is feasible.
