| 摘 要： | 笔者在深入分析高速公路建设工程质量管理的特点和现状的基础上,指出现行的质量管理模式存在的问题,建议引入质量成本的概念,实行质量成本管理并对其重要意义进行了详细的论述,对改进高速公路建设工程的质量管理,提高其有效性和可操作性具有很强的现实意义.

Impement quality-cost management to enhance efficiency of expressway construction management |

| Abstract: | After briefly reviews the concept of quality-cost, labours are made on analysis of present quality management condition of expressway construction and anatomy of existing problems. Introducing quality-cost management to expressway construction engineering is one of the important measures to implement quality control while stresses on the significance of sustainable developent. |
