地处陇海线重要部位的西安铁路局,坚持走内涵扩大再生产之路,系统谋划运输畅通方案,全力消除能力限制因素;优化配置,强化组织,实现运输能力的快速提升;坚持把有限的资金用足用好,实现扩能改造效益的最大化。集中有限的财力物力,实施综合扩能措施,调整车流径路,优化机车交路,增强编解能力,不断提升运输组织水平,迅速释放扩能改造后的运输能力,缓解陇海线的能力紧张状况。

Eliminate Capacity Bottleneck,Smooth East-west Corridor

Xi'an Railway Administration,located at the key part of Longhai Line,spares no efforts on eliminating capacity bottleneck,optimizes allocation,strengthen organization,rapidly improves the transport capacity;maximizes the benefit of capacity enlargement by wisely using the limited fund. Meanwhile,by adjusting car flow routing,optimizing locomotive routing,the transport organization level is continuously improved,and the capacity of Longhai Line is effectively enlarged.
