以细节管理推进我院学生半军事化文化管理建设

学生半军事化管理是我院三个培养特色之一。从学院的长远发展角度出发,学院正在大力推进半军事化管理由制度管理向文化管理转变。这是一项长期的任务。在此过程中,强化细节管理是推进半军事化文化管理建设的重要举措。细节是半军事化管理的基础,是半军事化文化的具体体现。强化半军事化细节管理,必须加强半军事化管理的制度建设与执行力度,加强教育和启发引导学生自我教育、自我管理,改进专职学生干部工作作风和加强队伍自身建设,并从氛围营造和文化育人上强化细节管理。

Promote the Quasi-military Cultural Management Via Detail Control

The quasi-military management of the students is one of the training features of our college.From the point of view of sustained development,the college endeavors to turn the rule management to cultural management,which is a long-term process.In practical exercise,the enforcement of detail control is a key element in the promotion of quasi-military cultural management.Detail control is the base and,culturally,the essence for quasi-military management.The enforcement of detail control lies in the construction and execution of quasi-military management,education and elicitation of students self discipline and self management,improving the work style and team qualification and creating the cultural atmosphere.
