| Abstract: | As more and more chemical products, especially of hazardous and noxious substances are carried by international shipping, great concern has been put on the pollution problems. Then HNS Convention comes into being to meet this challenge. This article, through analyzing some problems relating to HNS to be solved bv the compensation meehanism, discusses the methods and measures for establishing the mechanism and getting prepared for the implementation of the Convention. |
