| 摘 要： | 坐底式半潜驳的开发,主要的技术难点是缺乏相应的设计规范和法规。坐底式半潜驳开发的过程,是满足施工工艺需要、解决关键技术和不断完善提高的过程。工程实践表明,开发成果的应用效果显著,技术经济和社会效益明显,同时,推动了行业的技术进步。

| Abstract: | The major technical difficulties in the development of a bottom resting semi-submersible barge are lack ofcorresponding design standards and specifications. The process of the development of the bottom resting semi-submersible barge is a process of meeting the requirements of construction technology, solving key techniques andconstantly improving. The engineering practice proved that the effect of the development is significant and thetechnical and social benefits are evident, giving an impulse to the technical progress in the trade. |
