摘    要:从党的十七大报告中的“大力发展职业教育”,到党的十八大报告中的“加快发展现代职业教育”,“现代”两字的加入,赋予了职业教育改革发展新的目标和内涵。提升职业教育质量,提高中职学生技能水平和综合素质,成为摆在我们面前的重要课题。文中通过对中职学生的现状以及6S管理与校同文化的背景、作用、意义和具体实施等方面的阐述,具体论述了我校对在“引入‘6S’管理,丰富校园文化”活动中所进行的尝试及取得的成效。

Abstract:From "Vigorously develop the occupation education" in the report of the 17th Party Congress to "Accelerate the development of the modem occupation education" of the 18th Party Congress, the word "modem" defines the occupation education reform development goals and new connotation. Enhancing the occupation education quality, improving students' skills and all-round quality has become the important subject. This article analyzes the secondary vocational school students as well as the background, significance, and the concrete implementation of introducing 6S management into campus culture building ,discusses how the introduction of '6S' management enrich the campus culture in our school's activities and the achievements made.
