高校科技保密工作存在的问题与对策

当前,科学技术情报越来越成为国与国之间竞争的焦点,高校科技保密工作是国家科技秘密的重要组成部分。但高校科技保密工作还存在着机构不完善、制度不健全、经费不足等问题,其主要原因为科技保密意识淡薄、不重视科技保密工作、对科技保密工作缺乏指导、经费不足。我们应加强科技保密意识宣传、健全科技保密制度、发展先进保密技术,加强科技保密管理干部队伍建设,与时俱进,全力以赴做好高校科技保密工作。
