隧道局部欠厚衬砌对结构受力影响 与加固技术研究

摘    要:某高速公路隧道存在衬砌局部厚度小于设计值的情况,利用数值计算对局部欠厚衬砌进行了结构受力分析与验算,结果表明衬砌局部欠厚会造成其内力分布左右不对称,衬砌截面翼缘应力极值出现在缺陷位置。经综合比选,采用粘贴钢板方案进行了加固补强,有效避免了欠厚衬砌对结构安全带来的潜在威胁。

Abstract:The insufficient thickNess of lining appears in a highway tunnel,and the structure stress of the tunnel lining is analyzed and checked by numerical calculation,the results shows that the insufficient lining thickNess can cause the asymmetry of structure stress distribution,and the extreme value of flange stress occurs on the insufficient thickNess position.By comparison and selection,steel plate is used to reinforce the lining structure,by which the potential threat of structure the insufficient lining thickNess lead to is avoided.
